Shoulders are complicated, and the spot that hurts is often not the spot that started it. Your first appointment is a full sixty minutes: we assess properly, agree your goals, deliver hands-on treatment, and send you home with the exercises that make it stick. We treat the cause so you do not keep coming back with the same shoulder.
A whole team behind your shoulder
As part of a multi-disciplinary clinic, your shoulder rehab can draw on massage, acupuncture and clinical Pilates where they help, all coordinated by your physio. ACC registered, and no referral needed.
